These one-on-one private sessions are with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, tailored entirely to you. Each visit includes personalized interventions designed to help you recover from injury, reduce pain, or perform at your highest level. This is one-on-one performance training designed with your sport and goals in mind. Led by Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, our team combines clinical expertise with athletic performance to deliver the most effective training in the Northwoods. Whether you're building strength, improving speed, or enhancing movement efficiency, we’ll help you train smart, stay resilient, and perform at your peak.

Recovery and Wellness Room

Welcome to our Recovery Room—your personal spa-meets-performance oasis. Equipped with a 4-person Clearlight Infrared Sauna, a cold plunge maintained at 42–45°F, and pneumatic compression sleeves, this space is designed to help your body recover, reset, and recharge.

You’ll have private access to the entire room—use what you need, when you need it. Towels and equipment are provided for a seamless, stress-free experience.

Our 8-week training programs are goal-driven, expertly designed, and run in small, committed groups. Once a session begins, no new participants are added—ensuring consistency, accountability, and steady progress from start to finish.

Led by Coach Emily Sisel—the most knowledgeable performance coach in the Northwoods—these classes are tailored for athletes of all levels. Choose from Beginner or Advanced tracks and train 3 days a week with custom programming built to elevate strength, power, and movement efficiency.
